All dashcam installations are hardwired directly to the vehicle’s fuse box via additional fuse-taps for added safety to the vehicle as well as the camera.

No, at Dashcam Singapore, all our installations adhere to major distributors’ and agents’ warranty guidelines. Our installations are non-destructive as additional fuse taps are used. All installations are reversible to the vehicle’s stock condition if required too.
General Dashcams

The word channel refers to the number of cameras in the dashcam system.
A single-channel dashcam has one forward-facing camera that records the front while a Dual-channel has an additional camera that records the rear simultaneously. -
We strongly recommend using endurance cards such as the SanDisk High Endurance or Samsung Pro Endurance cards for your dashcams to prolong the longevity of the cards as well.
As most dashcams in the market have loop recording features these days, this process permanently damages the memory card.
*Dashcam Singapore’s Pro Tip:
Periodic formatting of your SD card will increase the longevity of the memory card for your dashcam use.
Warranty

Any mechanical and electrical faults that prevent the product from operating the way it was designed.

Any faults caused by physical damage, product misuse, or using the product outside the manufactuer’s guidelines. Also, it does not cover products that incurred a fault due to other mechanics’ wrongdoings. For a complete list of exclusions please refer to our Warranty Policy.

All dashcams have agent/distributor’s warranty against manufacturing defects during the warranty period stated.
If customers are experiencing any issues with their dashcam, please contact our customer service WhatApp (+65 9749 5686) or call our hotline (+65 6592 2246) and we’d be able to assist accordingly.
A re-visit fee is applicable should you require our team to head down to you. Nonetheless, we do welcome our customers to come down to us to troubleshoot the device at no extra cost. If the device is tested to be faulty, our team will proceed with the RMA on the device.
